My husband worked in the police (at that time) for 5 years. When my husband
solved...killed, but when it came to issuing a survivor's pension, it turned out that the police did not submit reports to the pension fund, and when calculating pensions, the husband's work experience from the police was not taken into account. Turning to the national police, they provided a certificate, however, that the man did indeed work, but they cannot provide a certificate of income, because the archive was destroyed. How should I proceed?

https://diia.gov.ua/services/dovidka-pro-dohodi - You can submit a request to receive a certificate from the State Register of Individuals about paid income and taxes withheld from it. Wait for a message about the readiness of the help to the e-mail address. It will also be available in the Attention section in the citizen's office on the Diya portal.
The certificate itself can be downloaded in the "Documents" section in the citizen's office on the Diya portal.
