Husband died. Inheritance ends soon

From the inheritance, only a storage room in the Buchansky district (documents are issued to me) and documents for a garage in Mariupol (it is not known whether it exists at the moment), was also issued to me. There is no other property. There is a small amount of cash and a savings book for her husband from 2008.

I have two adult children who have been living separately with their families for a long time.

Question: Does it make sense to apply for an inheritance? Can I dispose of property without entering into an inheritance?
