Is it necessary to change the driver's license when changing the surname?

In case of change of personal data (last name, first name or patronymic), the driver's license must be replaced within 10 days. The exchange of a driver's license when personal data is changed can be carried out at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or online through the Driver's Electronic Cabinet.
