invalid and annulled by the decision to issue a duplicate certificate?

The original certificate of ownership (privatization) has been lost. Document of 2000. I have submitted the documents to the Central Administrative Court, I am waiting for a duplicate. But a question arose. Will the lost original become invalid?

The original home ownership certificate will be considered invalid after you receive a duplicate. On the duplicate, a mark is made in the upper right corner with the words "The duplicate has the force of the original" and the date of its issue.
