I turned to the Center for National Health and Welfare of the Kyiv region, they explained to me that I should register my child in the Donetsk region, but everything is closed in my city. Our city has never been under occupation. It is on the front line. Where should I go?

You can register a child in any house that you own or with the consent of the owner of such a house. This issue is resolved at the National Center for Social Security or online in the ACTION application
