If your employer does not pay you maternity benefits, on the basis of Articles 55, 124 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Articles 232, 238 of the Labor Code, Article 17 of Law No. 1105, you have the right to apply directly to the court by submitting an appropriate application in the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
