There are no payments to IDPs

My mother, who is 76 years old, was registered as an IDP last year in June, but she never received payments. They called from the bank, they said that the money was lost, then it was found, but it was never credited to the card. What are our actions?

If the money was supposed to arrive on the card, but it still hasn't, you can call: * Ministry of Reintegration (hotline number 15-48); * to the office of the Commissioner for IDPs (+38 (066) 813-62-39); * apply to your Tsnap and the Social Security Administration. In addition, you can send messages to the messengers of the official pages of the Ministry of Reintegration and inform about payment delays. After a personal application, your data will be checked and the funds will be sent.
