So. A man whose wife has given birth to a child (the couple does not necessarily have to be in a registered marriage) can take a 14-day vacation at the employer's expense.
In order to take leave to care for a child under the age of three, the child's father must provide the following documents at work:
application for parental leave;
a copy of the document required to register the birth of a child, or a birth certificate.
