47 of the Labor Code - the employer is obliged on the day of dismissal to issue the employee a duly completed work book and to settle with him within the terms specified in Art. 116 of the Criminal Code. According to Art. 116 of the Labor Code, upon dismissal of an employee, payment of all amounts due to him from the enterprise shall be made on the day of dismissal.
