Open a FOP with debts
solvedI want to open an FOP, as it turned out in my personal account, I have a debt from the 15th to the 17th year for a single contribution and a single tax. It appeared because I did not close the FOP in time. Is that debt valid? And will I be able to open a FOP with this debt?

Yaroslav SikorskyBased on what was written, you cannot open a new FOP because it is already open. The debt is valid and must be paid or (in case of violation of the accrual and imposition procedure) contested.
