I lost the house documents when I moved, can I restore them through the ACTION?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to do this because of Diya. But the restoration of documents is handled by the Central Administrative Court or a notary. However, you must first inform the police about the loss of documents.

The action algorithm is as follows:

1. Write a statement to the police;

2. If you wish, you can publish an announcement about the loss of documentation in local print media;

3. Contact TsNAP and order a duplicate certificate of ownership;

4. Re-apply to TsNAP in order to register ownership of the real estate object.

After completing these steps, the CNAP administrator will transfer the documents to the state registrar.

Tsnap or a notary will ask for the originals of the following documents:

• Passport;

• ID number;

• technical passport;

• duplicate certificate of ownership of real estate.
