The legislation of Ukraine does not provide for the limitation of parental rights, so it is impossible to do so. According to Article 170 of the Family Code of Ukraine, a person can be restricted in parental rights if he:
shirks the responsibilities of raising children;
behaves cruelly with the child;
chronically ill with alcoholism or drug addiction;
exploits the child, inclines him to begging.
Restriction of parental rights is carried out only in court. This automatically leads to the fact that you definitely need to collect documents and prepare for the examination.
