How to fight against the arbitrariness of communal services?

I live in an apartment building. Our garbage cans fill up very quickly. Municipal services come to pick up garbage once a month, at that time we already have a landfill next to the dumpster. How should we act?

You need to find out which company provides garbage removal services to your home. If a condominium has been created in your building, contact the manager and find out with which company the garbage removal contract was signed: review the contract itself and how often garbage removal is provided (it is possible that garbage removal is once a month and is provided for in the contract itself). If the condominium has not been created, then the contract is concluded between you (if you are the owner of the apartment) and the corresponding company that carries out garbage removal (you can check the name of the company in the payment slip). And by analogy with condominiums, see how often the company is obliged to remove garbage. If it is stipulated that more often than once a month, then contact them with a written claim about the proper fulfillment of your obligations under the contract. If this does not work, you need to go to court or terminate the contract with them and enter into another company.
