A mistake in the last name in the fine
solvedAn administrative fine was imposed on me. However, when the report was drawn up, a mistake was made in my last name. When I check my name in the register of debtors, there are no fines. And when I write another letter, there is the same penalty. Can I now not pay a fine because of this?

Description is a mechanical (involuntary, accidental) grammatical error made by the court in the decision, which was made during its written and verbal presentation (error in spelling, punctuation, etc.). Only those typos that are of a significant nature are subject to correction. These include writing surnames and names, addresses, specifying dates and terms, etc. When deciding the issue of correcting typos or arithmetic errors made in a court decision, the court has no right to change the content of the court decision.
