In that year, we submitted all the documents to the military commissariat and gave a postponement until the eldest child's 18th birthday. Now the man is getting a job and a summons was issued to the Military Commissariat, saying that there is such a law, but the reservation is canceled because the children receive alimony. That is, there was alimony and armor for a year, it did not interfere. Is there really such a law? Why did they submit a certificate of a large family then?

**YES, the postponement is cancelled**, because you had it on the basis of Part 4 of Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" (Conscripted women and men, dependents of which have three or more children under the age of 18), and you currently have only two dependent children under the age of 18.
