If a man, having a certificate of a large family, writes an application to the TCC and SP, what should he receive confirmation that he submitted this application, or maybe he should receive an answer to his application?

The legislation does not define a document that confirms the postponement. Therefore, it is advisable in the application for a postponement to require the TCC and SP to provide a certificate of postponement, an extract from the book of minutes of the meeting of the commission of the TCC and SP and/or to make a note about the postponement in the military accounting document.
