Can we claim the status of a large family if the court has not decided the place of residence of 2 children from the first marriage, and they live with me according to a verbal agreement.

In Ukraine, a large family according to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Childhood" dated 04/26/2001 is a family in which a spouse (man and woman) is in a registered marriage, lives together and raises 3 or more children, including of each spouse, or one parent (one mother), who lives together with three or more children and raises them independently. In order to obtain the status of a large family, you need to contact the local Center for the provision of administrative services in order to obtain the administrative service "Issuance of certificates of parents and children from a large family".
