Yaroslav SikorskyIn accordance with the Instruction on the preparation by officials of penal institutions and remand detention facilities of materials on administrative offenses, the protocol on administrative offenses together with other materials is sent to the local general court at the place of commission of the administrative offense within three calendar days from the date of its completion.
