Is registration possible if one of the co-owners is against it?
solvedGood afternoon, if the apartment is bought for two (son + mother)
The son is getting married and wants to register his wife and newborn child.
The mother is against registration, does not give consent.
Is it possible to register a wife and child without the consent of the mother-in-law (co-owner)?

Registration (registration) of other persons in a jointly owned house (apartment) is not possible without the consent of all co-owners of this house (apartment) (if there was no agreement on the order of use of this premises).
