My family and I are abroad, we left officially to have many children.

Now there is a need to return to Ukraine for 2 weeks, there are questions about this:

1. Can I serve a summons at the border, at one of the TCCs of the Lviv region, if I am transiting there and cannot appear there. But can the border guards transfer my data to the TCC to issue a summons.

2. If I come to my TCC to apply for a postponement due to having many children, is it possible without going through the VLK. Because it is not realistic in 2 weeks.
