Lorina FedanIn fulfillment of Art. 7, item 1 of Art. 25 of the Law of Ukraine "On Housing and Communal Services", an individual consumer is obliged to conclude contracts for the provision of housing and communal services in the manner and in the cases specified by law. In this regard, from January 1, 2020, concluding a contract for garbage removal is mandatory for everyone.
