Does the commander have the right to transfer a soldier from one company to another without consent..?

The decision on the transfer of a serviceman is made by the relevant commander. At the same time, permission to move is a right, not an obligation of the commander. There is an exception: a soldier must be transferred to another unit if there is a conclusion of the military medical commission regarding limited fitness for service.
