Good day! In 2022, he came to the TCC to register on his own. At my request, they gave me a "summons", took away my temporary license, gave me a "runner" to the hospital, and with that they told me to pass the VLK commission. After passing the commission (Limited eligibility for two articles), I returned to the TCC, where they took the "runner" with the conclusion of the VLK, and on the summons, they wrote "to a special appointment" in red pen. They told me to carry it with me and show it as proof that I am registered. They also gave a Temporary Certificate, but nothing was written there. When asked why? They answered - "then, sometime after the war." The question is, does that summons with the inscription on the special appointment have any "legal" force somewhere other than my district? (In another city, etc.. Because twice during this time the employees of the TCC of my district approached me and immediately let me go with the words - "ah. you have something special...") And in general, can you clarify the situation a little or do I have to do something etc.. Thank you!
I live with a woman from whom I have a son (in the certificate it is written that I am the father), we are not married, because due to the war, our plans for a receipt were postponed until later, and we recently had twins, we went to the National Register of Citizens to register the children, but we were told that they could not do it - I needed my military ID (I lost it a long time ago and did not make a new one). I understand that you need to go to your TCC at the place of registration and make a new one. But the woman raised the alarm so that I would not be taken away. My question is the following: is it safe to go to the TCC and make a military card, or do I still need to make some kind of certificate that I live with a woman and provide for her. After all, recently there have been many cases of TCCs ignoring all rights and taking people by force.
