I am a military serviceman and I drive a service car. If I get into an accident and cause someone's death, will I be held criminally liable under Article 415 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine?
Are border guards responsible for the death of a person attempting to illegally cross the border after firing warning shots? I want to know if there will be a fair investigation into this incident.
