All the documents were submitted to get rid of the debt, but the card was still blocked. There is already money on the card to pay off the entire debt, but we can't.
My husband had his account blocked due to non-payment of court fees when his ex filed for child support. What is the validity period of this arrest, the arrest has been for almost three years? And another card was blocked a week ago, on which security from the state comes, because he is a military man. The ex-wife went to the aggressor country with her two daughters for a year, and she cannot and does not want to receive alimony only in words, but she does not write an electronic refusal to the executive service just to be disgusted. She says that she accepted Russian citizenship.
I am mobilized and my salary card was blocked due to executive proceedings. How can the arrest be removed?
, but the fine has already been paid twice! The executive puts the receipts somewhere and sends the letter for the third time! This time the card was also blocked! Tell me, please, how to act and what documents to request from the executive, so that they no longer "lose" receipts? Is it legal to block an account during martial law?
... a loan of 1,000 gr., I have to pay 3,500 hryvnias - now I can't afford to pay such an amount. The bank transferred my documents to the Collection Company. They do not threaten me, they called me once and said that they are suing me. Every month they receive a message that they are working on getting me to return the loan - the entire amount. Now, something must have happened to another bank, where I receive my son's disability pension, because I had a credit card in this bank, the limit was blocked on this card - there was no debt on this card....in principle, I and I am glad that I will not have access to other credit cards....But what should I do with this bank, where there is debt? Do they really have the right to sue me, despite the fact that I pay UAH 1,000 every month?
How can I protect myself so that the bank does not increase the amount of the loan and that I am not sued?
