My civilian husband (soldier) died in the war, after a couple of months...?
our son was born (paternity was proven by the court, he is entered correctly in the birth certificate) to a person other than a son from relatives of no one. The military says that the child will not receive anything else from the minimum pension, that is the law. No cash payments. I am on maternity leave with my son, I have to survive on a few thousand a month. Who can explain why? Why is compensation paid to the families of the dead, and the son not a penny apart from the minimum pension?
