As I understand it, when a judge resigns, his status changes. Does this mean that he can no longer be held accountable for actions committed while serving as a judge? Can his status be reviewed if new circumstances arise after his dismissal?
I want to know whether a judge who was suspended from administering justice due to suspicion of corruption can be reinstated in the future and continue administering justice if he has not been sentenced to a real term?
If I find out that a judge has committed a criminal offense, can I personally initiate the issue of his liability, or do I need to contact any authorities?
