I am wondering whether liability can be applied to persons who sentenced Ukrainian prisoners of war if these sentences were passed in violation of international law. Can the SBU hold accountable persons who illegally convicted our military personnel?
If Ukraine continues to develop its own ballistic program, will this be considered a violation of international law?
