If I accidentally learned about confidential information about an individual or legal entity that was illegally collected and sold by employees of the State Tax Service, can I be held liable for its disclosure?
I use various Google services and am concerned that they collect a lot of my data. I recently read the news that a US court ordered Google to pay over $425 million for illegally collecting user data. I am wondering if there are similar laws in Ukraine that would protect my personal data from illegal collection and use?
