I read the news that three men who tried to illegally leave for Moldova were charged with administrative offenses under Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. I wonder if I consider the judge who considered this case and made a decision based on the available evidence to be properly performing his duties if it was later discovered that one of the men provided false information about himself during the trial?
