I am interested in whether a person who spreads false information about the war will be held accountable if these publications do not contain a direct insult to military personnel, but harm the moral state of society?

The verdict of 12.08.2025 of the Krasnogvardiyskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk considers the case of forgery and use of a knowingly forged driver's license. The accused ordered a forged document via the Internet and used it while driving a car. Do you consider the actions of the person who ordered a forged driver's license via the Internet to be deserving of criminal punishment?
