Two applications must be submitted:

  1. On entering information into the Unified State Automated Register of Persons Entitled to Benefits (EDARP)

  2. On the provision of benefits for the payment of housing and communal services

The application with the necessary documents is submitted to any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, an authorized official of the executive body of the village, township, city council of the relevant territorial community, or TsNAP.

Documents can be submitted both in person and remotely, through the website of the Ministry of Social Policy (https://www.msp.gov.ua/) or the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (https://portal.pfu.gov. ua/).
