Good evening. All men between the ages of 18 and 60 are considered conscripts, and therefore are subject to conscription.
However, men of conscription age from 18 to 27 cannot be compulsorily mobilized if they have not completed military service, but they can voluntarily sign a contract with units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
