Close relatives have the right to travel abroad during martial law:
military personnel who died or went missing during the anti-terrorist operation (ATO). In particular, military personnel who died during direct participation in hostilities, those who were involved in ensuring the conduct of the ATO, and those who were in the areas of the anti-terrorist operation at the time of its conduct;
military personnel who died or went missing while deterring Russia's armed aggression in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and defending Ukraine during martial law (full-scale invasion);
participants of the Revolution of Dignity who were posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.
Their wife, husband, son, daughter, father, mother, full or half-brother or sister have the right to leave Ukraine.
