Refund of overpaid pension amounts

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance”, pensioners are obliged to notify the PFU of the following changes:

• passports;

• surnames;

• contact details;

• bank details;

• employment/dismissal, opening/closing of business activities.

According to pension legislation, pensioners must report these changes within ten days.

You can do this:

• by contacting the Pension Fund service center independently;

• by sending a registered letter to the PFU address;

• remotely through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;

through the employer (for employment-related changes).
