What is needed to obtain a passport?

1. Submit the necessary documents to the territorial body/division of the State Migration Service of Ukraine, or to the Center for Administrative Services (CNAP), the Passport Service Center of the State Enterprise "Dokument" (if you live abroad, submit the documents to the relevant diplomatic institution);

2. When applying at a territorial body/division of the State Migration Service, or at the administrative services center (CNAP), the Passport Service service center of the State Enterprise "Dokument", it is necessary to undergo a procedure for scanning index finger prints. Fingerprints of children are scanned from the age of 12.

3. Check the correctness of entering personal data about yourself in the application form, paying special attention to the correct transliteration of your surname and first name (subject to providing supporting documents), and certify the correctness of such data with your own signature in the application form;

4. Contact the authority where the application form was submitted and obtain a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, providing a passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
