Can I be put on the wanted list if I have been in prison for 6 months?

Can I be put on the wanted list if I have been on long-term treatment for 6 months according to the conclusion of the VLK? And if so, what applications do I need to submit to the TCC?

The legal basis for contacting the police to search for the offender is the commission by a military conscript of an offense provided for in Articles 210 or 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, i.e. violation by conscripts, military conscripts, reservists of the rules of military registration or legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization.

The most common reasons for being wanted are:

  1. Not being registered with the military at the address of registration of residence.

  2. Failure to be registered with the military at the enterprise or place of training.

  3. Ignoring a summons delivered in person, by mail, at a company or place of study.

  4. Ignoring the referral to undergo a military medical examination.

  5. Failure to specify military registration data.

  6. Evasion of military registration.

  7. Evasion of military service.

  8. Evasion of registration of persons liable for military service.
