In accordance with the norms of current legislation, conscripts have the right to apply for a deferment from mobilization if their family members died or went missing in the ATO zone or during martial law.

According to clauses 3, 4, part 3, article 23 of the Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", the right to a deferment is granted to military conscripts whose close relatives (husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother or full (full, half) brother or sister) died or went missing during:

  • conducting an anti-terrorist operation;

  • implementing measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as during the period of ensuring national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression against Ukraine during martial law.

After obtaining a deferment, you will have the right to travel abroad.
