Military-liable members of the second degree of kinship of a person with a disability of group I or II who are engaged in constant care for him/her (no more than one and provided that there are no first degree family members or if the first degree family members themselves require constant care according to the conclusion of the medical and social expert commission or the medical advisory commission of the healthcare institution) are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization. In the absence of first and second degree family members, the norm of this paragraph applies to third degree family members of a person with a disability of group I or II.
