In Ukraine, orphans and children deprived of parental care have special social protection, including benefits and guarantees during their studies in educational institutions. In particular, they are provided with social scholarships and other payments. Currently, the legislation does not provide for the refund of funds for education, food and accommodation in case of refusal of employment.
