Cryptocurrency payment

Currently, in Ukraine, there is no provision for the consolidation and recognition of the concept of "cryptocurrency" since there are no legal grounds to consider them as means of payment, but there is also no prohibition on accepting funds (payment) in cryptocurrency under the legislation of Ukraine. In this matter, it is important to bring the acceptance of payment in cryptocurrency into line with the currently applicable legislative norms and legal methods of taxation in order to avoid misunderstandings with the regulatory authorities of Ukraine.
