The removal of the seizure of property is possible in the event of full repayment of the debt. After establishing the grounds for lifting the seizure of property, an application is submitted to the bailiff or to the court. The document must indicate the reasons for lifting the seizure, as well as supporting documents. The bailiff or the court considers the submitted application, checks its validity and makes a decision to lift the seizure.
