The third group of disabilities is established when:
absence of one lung;
absence or subatrophy of one eye;
persistent complete ptosis in one eye after all types of restorative treatment;
practical blindness in one eye (visual acuity with tolerated correction below 0.05 or concentric narrowing of the field of vision to 10 degrees, from the point of fixation) as a result of an occupational disease, occupational disability or war injury. The third group of disabilities is established in the case of one eye as a result of a domestic injury or illness, not related to service in the army or professional activity for the period of retraining and acquisition of a new profession;
bilateral deafness;
persistent tracheostomy with the impossibility of plastic closure;
stenosis of the larynx II-III degree due to traumatic or infectious damage to the neuromuscular apparatus of the larynx with unilateral or bilateral paresis and persistent dysphonia;
persistent aphonia of organic origin;
defects of the jaw or hard palate, if prosthetics do not provide chewing;
pituitary dwarfism (height less than 150 cm);
paralysis of the hand;
paralysis of the upper limb or paralysis of the lower limb;
pronounced paresis of the upper or lower limb, accompanied by a significant limitation of the range of active movements in all joints and muscle hypotrophy: shoulder — more than 4 cm, forearm — more than 3 cm, thigh — more than 8 cm, lower leg — more than 6 cm, as well as hypotrophy of the muscles of the hand or foot;
a foreign body in the substance of the brain (as a result of an injury), if the injury was accompanied by a brain abscess or meningoencephalitis;
a significant defect of the bones of the skull (3x1 sq. cm or more, except for the cases of its replacement with autotissue) or with smaller sizes, if there is pulsation of the brain, or with the absence of pulsation in cases where the injury proceeded with complications (infectious-purulent process);
the absence of a hand and a higher level of amputation of the upper limb;
wrong joint of the shoulder or both bones of the forearm;
the absence of all phalanges of the four fingers of the hand, except for the first;
absence of three fingers, including the first; ankylosis or pronounced contracture of the same fingers in a functionally disadvantageous position;
absence of the first and second fingers with corresponding metacarpal bones;
absence of the first fingers of both hands;
absence of three fingers of the hand with corresponding metacarpal bones;
stumps of thighs or lower legs;
club feet at the level of the Lisfranc joint or at a higher level;
bilateral stump of the foot with resection of the heads of the metatarsal bones according to Sharpe;
sharply expressed contracture or ankylosis of 2 ankle-foot joints; sharply expressed contracture or ankylosis of the ankle-foot joint with the location of the foot in a functionally disadvantageous position;
sharply expressed contracture or ankylosis of the hip or knee joint in a functionally disadvantageous position or shortening of the limb by more than 7 cm after resection of the joint;
congenital or acquired dislocation of the hip joints or one hip joint with significant functional impairment;
deformation of the chest due to the resection of five or more ribs in the presence of respiratory insufficiency of the 1st degree. and more;
unconsolidated fracture of the hip or both bones of the lower leg;
an unstable knee or hip joint with marked impairment of limb function;
shortening of the lower limb by 7 cm or more;
endoprosthesis of the knee or hip joint;
osteochondropathy, osteochondrodystrophy when the height is less than 150 cm;
kyphoscoliosis of the III century. with the presence of respiratory insufficiency or kyphoscoliosis of the IV century;
extirpation of the stomach;
total thyroidectomy due to cancer;
artificial heart valve;
an artificial heart rhythm driver;
a foreign body in the heart muscle or in the pericardium;
absence of one kidney with pathology of the second;
bilateral mastectomy.
