Alimony is money for maintenance, which the law obliges one of the parents of a minor child to pay. They can be listed on a voluntary basis, or they can - by a court decision.
If we are talking about the judicial procedure for the settlement of this issue, then lawsuits for the collection of alimony, (without a divorce, it takes place according to the same principle as submitting an application for alimony after the dissolution of marriage) increasing their amount, paying additional expenses for the child, collecting a penalty (penalty) for late payment of alimony, indexation of alimony, change in the method of their collection, may also be filed at the registered place of residence or stay of the plaintiff.
List of required documents:
a statement of claim (the form and content must comply with Article 175 of the Code of Civil Procedure);
a copy of the applicant's passport;
a copy of the marriage certificate;
a copy of the birth certificate of joint children.
When submitting an application for alimony, it should be taken into account that the court can only charge a certain percentage of the official income of one of the spouses, or alimony in a fixed monetary amount.
