State social assistance is assigned and paid to low-income families.
The family includes:
husband, wife;
native, adopted children of these persons under the age of eighteen, as well as children who study full-time in general secondary, professional (vocational-technical) and higher education institutions until the age of twenty-three and who do not have their own families;
unmarried adult children who are recognized as persons with disabilities from childhood of groups I and II or persons with disabilities of group I and live with their parents;
disabled parents of the husband and wife who live with them and are dependent on them due to the lack of their own income;
a person who lives with a single person with a disability of the I group and takes care of him;
a woman and a man who live in the same family, are not married, but have joint children.
A low-income family is a family that, for valid or independent reasons, has an average monthly total income lower than the subsistence minimum for the family. The family's right to this assistance depends not only on income, but also on its property status, employment of able-bodied family members and other factors.
You live alone, so unfortunately you cannot get this status.
You can arrange payments for persons with disabilities since childhood of the II group.
