What is Article 130 about?

Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Driving vehicles or vessels by persons who are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or under the influence of drugs that reduce their attention and speed of reaction - entails imposition of a fine on drivers in the amount of one thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of one year and on other persons - imposition of a fine in the amount of one thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

** Art. 130 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.** Infection with human immunodeficiency virus or other incurable infectious disease. Knowingly putting another person at risk of infection with the human immunodeficiency virus or another incurable infectious disease that is dangerous to human life - is punishable by probation supervision for a term of up to five years or restriction of liberty for the same term, or deprivation of liberty for a term of up to three years .

** Art. 130 of the Economic Code of Ukraine.** Credit unions in the field of management. A credit union is a financial institution created on the basis of a cooperative in order to meet the needs of its members in mutual lending, providing other services, including financial ones, at the expense of the combined monetary contributions of the members of the credit union and other sources not prohibited by law, as well as carrying out other activities specified by law. A credit union carries out economic activity without the purpose of obtaining profit (non-commercial economic activity).

** Art. 130 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.** Calculations in the event of exit, exclusion and elimination from a general partnership. A participant who has left, who has been excluded or who has dropped out of a full partnership on the grounds established in Articles 126, 128, and 129 of this Code shall be paid the value of a part of the partnership's property, proportional to the share of this participant in the capital of the partnership, unless otherwise established by the founding agreement.

** Art. 130 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.** Suspension of penalty accrual periods. If, within the framework of the administrative appeal procedure, a decision was made to extend the terms of consideration of the taxpayer's complaint beyond the terms specified by this Code, interest shall not be charged during such additional terms, regardless of the results of the administrative appeal.
