There is no such concept as "postponement of mobilization" in the legislation. There is a concept of "deferral from mobilization".
The list of persons who are not subject to conscription during mobilization:
Employees booked by state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations
Persons with disabilities
Persons recognized as temporarily unfit for military service due to their health (up to 6 months)
Individuals who raise a child independently
Persons who raise a child with a disability or a seriously ill child who has not been diagnosed with a disability
Persons who are engaged in constant care of a sick wife, child, parents (their own or one of the spouses)
Persons who have an adult child with a disability of the 1st or 2nd group as dependents
Persons who have dependent orphans or children deprived of parental care
Persons with 3 or more dependent children
Persons who have a spouse (husband) or parents (their own or one of their spouses) with the I or II disability group
Guardians of persons with disabilities or incapacitated persons
Persons who have a minor child, if one of the spouses is in military service
Employees of the military administration and law enforcement agencies
Students, graduate students, doctoral students studying full-time or dually
Scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers who work at the main place of work at least 0.75 times the rate
Persons whose close relatives died or went missing while participating in anti-terrorist operations (military servicemen, volunteers, etc.).
