The judicial reform of 2016 provides for the liquidation of the Supreme Court in connection with the formation of the new Supreme Court. This happened on December 15, 2017, after which the Cassation Administrative Court became operational. The Administrative Court of Cassation was formed on the material and technical base of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine. The "inheritance" from the latter left a large number of unresolved cases and materials, but the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine is in no way the legal successor of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.
