The government suggests that during the mobilization, convicts who are released from serving a probationary sentence should be called up at will. This does not apply to those convicted of crimes against the national security of Ukraine, as well as crimes provided for by Articles 402–406, 4018–41 1, 426–433, 437–442 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Women who have a specialty related to the corresponding military accounting specialty can register at will. Registered women may be conscripted or involved in defense work in wartime on a voluntary basis.
