Good afternoon. The question is this: in 2006 I graduated (I studied in another city) and I was discharged from the dormitory and removed from the register at the Military Commissariat. I came to register at the place of birth. But my case was lost at the Military Commissariat. The documents were signed at the passport office so that I would be registered. I traveled three more times. But no one registered me. I still had a white ticket. Moreover, there was no war in 2006. In 2016, I became a disabled person of the 3rd group. The question is whether I will bear any responsibility. or a fine. I'm 18 years old. I'm already registered.

You need to register for the military now. Apply to the Military Commissariat with your passport or documents confirming the grounds for changing your residence, graduating from university, changing your family status, etc.

The Law of Ukraine On Military Duty and Military Service provides for responsibility for untimely military registration. If you do not get registered within the set time, you may be:

  • declare wanted, detain and forcibly bring to TCC;

  • bring to criminal or administrative responsibility for evasion of military duty.
